What is the process?

Fill in our criteria form

The form will include the following questions and will help us find the best matching properties. Please download the form here.

  • Are you seeking a buy-to-let property?
  • What is your budget? e.g. £350.000-£400.000
  • Do you have a specific area in mind where you would like to buy?
  • Do you have a mortgage or cash-based budget?
  • Are you planning on renovating a property you’re buying, and if so, how much do you expect to spend?

Pay your deposit

When you sign the Terms of Business with us, you will be required to pay a deposit of £1000 + VAT. Once we receive the deposit, we will begin searching for the property you desire.

We find you 3 properties that match your criteria

To find the best matching properties, we will work with local agents and our Landlord network. We will also visit properties personally for you.

Aftercare

Our BTL investors often continue to work with Tomlinson Estates after sales completion. Tomlinson Estates can arrange and oversee a renovation. Our lettings and management team can assist with tenancies

Found a property yourself?

Having found a property you’re interested in, but unable to view it yourself, we can view it for you. For £100 + VAT, we will send our team member to view the property for you.
